Training hard in Butler County with Crysta

Just a little thank you post, without the support of my wife Crysta I don’t know what I would do. She’s so supportive of me and my running (which is very time consuming) and has always been there for me.

Running through Butler, PA is a challenge in itself with the amount of elevation. This elevation causes my runs to take longer than normal especially when I’m running in Zone 2… Sorry Crysta 👀
